Erecting the Tent

 

• Lay both sheets of canvas out. Join the poppers together. Ensure that the rope loops to stick the tent pegs through are on the outside.

   

      

       The guy rope loops must be on the top.

       The tent has two entrances 

 

• Once you have attached the two pieces of canvas, make two long poles, each comprising of three short poles.

       NB The poles will not always fit snugly

 

• From underneath the canvas, put the poles through the holes at either end of the tent.

 

• Beginning at either end of the tent, pull the material taught and put the pegs through the loops and into the ground.

 

• Use the guide ropes if required.
