Nothing Like a ‘Brisk’ Adventure with my Boy
The super Stay at Home Mum, Heather and her young adventurer explored the outdoors with our brilliant Brisk Interactive Jacket. Read on to find out what they thought... I haven't blogged about my fairly newly 4-year-old boy much lately, he's my little superstar but boy, can he be hard work sometimes! I don't know if it's a boy thing or not but my daughter was never this much hard work. He's a proper stubborn little soul sometimes and his favourite hobbies involve winding his older sister up. Life can occasionally be quite challenging. One of the (many) brilliant things about him is that he's happiest outdoors. He absolutely loves being out in the fresh air and is definitely better behaved than when he's stuck within the four walls of the house. I'm so thankful I have two kids that love to get out and have fun and it’s so lovely to live in a beautiful part of the country that is surrounded by lots of nature. The weather has been a lot warmer and drier lately but a few days, especially out of any sun, there's still occasionally a bit of a chill in the air. It's perfect weather for his awesome brand new coat - the Brisk Interactive Padded Jacket. I knew we'd love it as my daughter has the girls’ version in raspberry as she's always getting comments about how smart she looks. My son has the dark yellow colour and it looks just as smart on him. They are both such gorgeous jackets. What we love most about it is that it's super lightweight and feels cool to the touch but it’s oh so warm and cozy when it needs to be - perfect for those cloudless days when it's still a little on the cooler side from time to time. Also, what's great about them that they actually zip into the Muddy Puddles Explorer Jacket so can be worn in the middle of winter too. Perfect! We actually may have to invest in a couple of those too. My son has been wearing his new jacket to nursery but also to the park, on walks or just to play in the garden sometimes. It's brilliant for all occasions and, as I’ve mentioned, looks super smart too. Also, it's lovely bright colour means he's easy to keep an eye on! Always a bonus with a 4 year old who’s constantly on the go. They also wash really easily too and, because of the lightweight material, they don’t take long to dry at all – another bonus when you’re a parent constantly on the go! We love our outdoor adventures so much at the moment and I can’t wait for the BIG adventure we are going to embark on this summer…I’ll reveal all very soon.
