1) Val d'Isère-Tignes, France
These two contrastingly different but linked resorts share a giant ski area perfect for first time fun on the slopes. Located in the Tarentaise, this popular resort now hosts over 300 km of slopes and 20 km worth of ski routes – it’s perfect for an adventure! Your little ones will want to cover it all.
2) Verbier, Switzerland
Described as the capital of the Alps, Verbier is a stunning resort for your winter break. It attracts families from all over the world. With perfect penthouse apartments just 5 minutes’ walk from the snow, it’s no wonder why it’s so popular. There's also fantastic ski school options, adventurers from under three can join the fun.
We recommend our Blizzard Winter jackets and Blizzard Winter salopettes as the top kids ski wear to bring on this wonderful trip. Super snow-proof and protective, they are perfect for young skiers.
3) Morzine, France
Morzine, a magical resort which will have you wanting to visit year after year. A popular resort for families, the intermediate terrain is perfect for beginners and less-seasoned skiers and snowboarders. With beautiful panoramic views, the resort also has a great ski school and for those that fancy a little bit of sledging there's a dedicated slope for it at the bottom of the Crusaz chairlift, for kids from the age of 6.
4) Meribel, France
Located in the amazing Three Valleys ski area, Meribel is the perfect place for a family ski holiday. There are dedicated areas for those who are new at skiing with two green runs and two children's areas. Once you've tried out the slopes, there's plenty of other activities to keep families occupied with sledging zones, husky dog sledding and horse drawn sleigh rides amongst others. We recommend our thermal base layers as the ideal kids ski wear to wear under your ski kit whilst on the slopes, and to stay comfy and warm. Made from a super soft fabric, they are extra comfy and perfect for chilly days on the slopes.
