This is what they said about our snow boots: "We loved the Snowdrift from British brand Muddy Puddles, a great winter boot for kids at a really decent prize.

The thermal inner layer is soft, warm and removable to help kids get their boots on and off easily. Our six-year-old tester had no problems, and he could tighten the straps himself.

The uppers are made from vegan suede, which is waterproof, and would be great in snow, though they would need a good brush if your kids go stomping in the slush. The base had a good grip for slippery ice."
