This year, Easter Sunday lands on April 20th and there's a lot of egg-citing stuff happening in the build-up!
We've rounded up 10 egg-cellent Easter events around the UK. Read on to find out the best outdoor hotspots to enjoy with your children. Get cracking and book a fun day out together!
1) The Pesky Bunnies Easter Eggs-pedition at Bewilderwood, Norfolk
When: 28th March - 14th April
Not only will children get to meet the Easter bunny, but they’ll also get to search for the chocolate eggs hidden in the woods and win a prize. There’s also the opportunity to make their very own bunny ears!
2) Easter Springtime Surprise at Audley End Miniature Railway, Saffron Walden
When: 5th - 21st April
Hop on board the miniature train and ride deep into the enchanted Audley End woodland to visit the Easter Bunny and the Farmyard Friends. The friendly farmer will welcome you onboard before you head into the woods to spot egg–citing Easter scenes. You’ll be entertained by ‘Shearlock Holmes,’ the world’s greatest sheep detective, who has teamed up with the Easter Bunny and the Farmyard animals to help solve the mystery of the missing eggs! Each child will also receive a springtime souvenir to take home.
3) Live Lambing at Cotswold Farm Park, Cheltenham
When: 5th - 27th April
Visit Cotswold Farm Park and meet the new Spring arrivals. You can also explore the wider farmland to soak up the views and head into the woods to build a den or watch the bees in their special observation hive. Then finish up at the outdoor play area and let your explorers enjoy the pedal tractors, the log assault course and the sandpits.
4) National Trust Easter Egg Hunts at various sites across the UK

Head to a National Trust site this Easter and join a fun Easter Egg Hunt – your explorers can complete the trail and collect a chocolate egg for their hard work!
5) The Giant Easter Egg Hunt at RHS Garden Wisley, Woking
When: 5th - 21st April
Follow the trail around the garden and keep an eye out for the giant painted eggs. There’s also puzzles to solve and wildlife and plants to spot. After all that fun, there’s a free chocolate treat to claim at the end.
6) Easter Family Fun at Hever Castle, Edenbridge, Kent
When: 5th - 21st April
Make some special memories at Hever Castle this Spring with an egg-cellent Easter trail. Help head gardener Mr Miller track down some cheeky rabbits who’ve caused chaos in the Castle gardens digging up vegetable patches, knocking over pots and stealing seeds from his prize-winning carrots.
7) Easter Eggstravaganza at Walby Farm Park, Carlisle
When: 7th - 20th April
Head on down to Walby Farm Park this Easter for some fun on the farm – there’s baby lambs to meet, a daily Easter Egg Hunt and children can decorate their own chocolate treat in the Chocolatier’s Kitchen.

9) Lindt Gold Bunny Hunt at Hampton Court Palace, East Molesey, Surrey
When: 29th March - 21st April
Embark on a captivating adventure as you explore Henry VIII’s lush gardens, keeping your eyes peeled for elusive Lindt gold bunny statues peeking out from colourful daffodils or early buds from the Tulip Festival. Follow the trail and match the names of influential characters to the distinctive red ribbons adorning every adorable Lindt gold bunny statue.
10) Big Easter Egg Hunt at Marwell Zoo, Winchester, Hampshire
When: Sunday 20th April
Families can join the Big Easter Egg Hunt on Sunday 20 April, with prizes and a chance to meet the Easter Bunny. Throughout the Easter Holidays there is also an "around the world in 80 species" adventure trail, where little ones can collect stamps in their Marwell passport.
