10 Brilliant Outdoor Easter Events
This year, Easter Sunday lands on April 5th and there's a lot of egg-citing stuff happening in the build-up!
We've rounded up 10 egg-cellent Easter events around the UK. Read on to find out the best outdoor hotspots to enjoy with your children. Get cracking and book a fun day out together!
1) Easter Springtime Surprise at Audley End Miniature Railway, Saffron Walden
When: 28th March - 12th April
Hop on board the miniature train and ride deep into the enchanted Audley End woodland to visit the Easter Bunny and the Farmyard Friends. The friendly farmer will welcome you onboard before you head into the woods to spot egg–citing Easter scenes. You’ll be entertained by ‘Shearlock Holmes,’ the world’s greatest sheep detective, who has teamed up with the Easter Bunny and the Farmyard animals to help solve the mystery of the missing eggs! Each child will also receive a springtime souvenir to take home.
2) Easter Eggstravaganza at Walby Farm Park, Carlisle

Head on down to Walby Farm Park this Easter for some fun on the farm – there’s baby lambs to meet, a daily Easter Egg Hunt and children can decorate their own chocolate treat in the Chocolatier’s Kitchen.
3) Live Lambing at Cotswold Farm Park, Cheltenham

Visit Cotswold Farm Park and meet the new Spring arrivals. 9) Lindt Gold Bunny Hunt at Hampton Court Palace, East Molesey, Surrey
When: 21st March - 12th April
Embark on a captivating adventure as you explore Henry VIII’s lush gardens, keeping your eyes peeled for elusive Lindt gold bunny statues peeking out from colourful daffodils or early buds from the Tulip Festival.
