Wendover Woods is perfect for dogs to explore, with over 325 hectares of woodland, 5 walking trails, plus a Gruffalo sculpture trail, and a Superworm activity trail. The woods are an exciting place to take dogs for a walk, offering a range of different smells and textures to stimulate their doggy senses.
Windsor Great Park and Forest is a brilliant place to take dogs for a walk. The lakeside walks, wild forests and open fields offer variety of short and longer walks along good quality trails and tracks, along with plenty of opportunities for a paddle. The Virginia Water Pavilion dog terrace is a great place to stop for a hot drink, with water bowls provided for pooches.
Killerton in Devon is a dog-friendly National Trust property, with acres of parkland and woods. Your four-legged friend can get plenty of exercise off the lead, and enjoy all the smells, sights and sounds of the countryside. Water bowls are provided, and there is a lovely café and play area, for a day out that the whole family will enjoy.
